Description: The SPM - Completeness Table - Activities report gives a comparison between the activities that had been scheduled to occur and the data that has been received in the EQuIS data tables. The report grid has a Status column to show complete and incomplete tasks. This report is intended to generate a grid output to be used in EQuIS Enterprise and Microsoft Power BI Dashboards.

 

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed SPM and the SPM Schema applied to the database.

For SPM usage, no additional steps are necessary.

For Enterprise usage, this report should be published to the database. The report will be available for selection once it has been published.

For Professional usage, this report should be published to the database or have the .dll added to the local '.../Earthsoft/EQuIS/' folder.

 

Overview:

Activity type Parameter has three options: Water Levels, Soil Gas Survey and Other Activities.

If Activity Type is Water Levels, then comparison is made against the DT_WATER_LEVEL table.

If Activity Type is Soil Gas Survey, then comparison is made against the DT_SOIL_GAS_SURVEY table.

If Activity Type is Other Activities, then comparison is made against the DT_LOCATION_PARAMETER and DT_EQUIPMENT_PARAMETER tables.

 

Activities are matched between the two tables based on these fields match:

SYS_LOC_CODE

EQUIPMENT_CODE (if populated in DT_LOCATION_PARAMETER table)

TASK_CODE, and

ACTIVITY_CODE in DT_SPM_PLANNED_ACTIVITY matches PARAM_CODE in DT_EQUIPMENT_PARAMETER/DT_LOCATION_PARAMETER.

The dates between DT_SPM_PLANNED_ACTIVITY and the _PARAMETER table do not need to match
