Description: The report examines four (4) kinds of project statuses (below) in the selected date range:

1.Calculates the number of samples per task_code, sample_date, sys_loc_code and analysis_location where DT_SAMPLE.SAMPLE_TYPE_CODE='N';

2.Reviews some major data of DT_WATER_LEVEL, DT_MEASURE_DATUM and DT_WELL;

3.Reports the locations having ground water samples with missing screen intervals from DT_SAMPLE where matrix_code='WG', DT_WELL_SEGMENT.SEGMENT_TYPE=null or 'screen' and DT_WELL_SEGMENT.START_DEPTH=null or '-999%';

4.Reports the soil samples with missing start_depths from DT_SAMPLE where matrix_code='SO' and DT_SAMPLE.START_DEPTH=null or '-999%'.

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation. No additional installation steps are necessary.
