Description: This report checks PARAM_VALUE of the Location Parameters Report against the action levels of the Action Levels Report and then generates an Action Level Exceedance Report.

Installation Instructions: This report is part of the EQuIS Schema and is created when the EQuIS database is created. No additional steps necessary.

Overview:

Note that significant digits of ACTION_LEVEL Location Parameters (Extra Fields) affect the results of the report. For example, if PARAM_VALUE=0.96, the ACTION_LEVEL=1 and Operator is >=, the report reports one exceedance because the 0.96 is rounded to 1.0 which (=AL_RESULT_VALE in the report) equals the ACTION_LEVEL value of 1; if ACTION_LEVEL is changed to 1.0, the report reports no exceedances because AL_RESULT_VALUE = 0.96 which is less than 1.0.
