Description: This report outputs raw survey and observation results from DT_SURVEY and DT_SURVEY_OBSERV but does not include values associated custom parameters. Improvements have been made in the performance for large datasets and in the Enterprise Map Widget for use in EQuIS Version 7. Survey level coordinates can be plotted using this report as a Report Layer in the Map Widget.

Installation Instructions: This report requires a licensed EQuIS Alive Module and the Alive Schema applied to the database. The report is included in the EQuIS Professional install when the Alive Module feature has been enabled during installation. For more information see: Alive Installation.

Overview:

•Publishing this report will include the Survey Results (By Survey Type) II Report, which requires special steps for publishing properly. The ST_REPORT record for Survey Results (By Survey Type) II published with the (Basic) II report using the standard steps should be deleted.

•Once published, the parameter selection(s) for this report must be made in Professional and saved as a User Report for use in Enterprise Version.

Subfacility	Section for selecting individual and group subfacilities as well as whether or not to include child subfacilities and whether to include sub sample.
Date Range	Section for selecting the Survey Start Date and End Date.

Survey Type(s)	Parameter for selecting the survey type(s).
Habitat(s)	Parameter for selecting habitat(s).
Observation
Subfacility	Section for selecting individual and group subfacilities as well as whether or not to include child subfacilities and whether to include sub sample.
Subfacility	Section for selecting individual and group subfacilities as well as whether or not to include child subfacilities.
Taxonomy	Select taxonomy ranks to include (selecting a parent rank will also include all children).
Categories	Select all or individual categories.
Condition(s)	Select all or individual conditions.

Quantity Estimated	Select blank for all, Y for only estimated quantities, or N for exact quantities only.
