REST API – Improve Security of URI Logging [d26086]

This release improves security in the REST API by redacting sensitive information from URIs that are logged during normal use of the API. Under certain circumstances, the sensitive information may be viewable by other users. EarthSoft found the issue during internal testing and has no evidence that the vulnerability has been exploited.
