XlsForceStyle: Support Configuration in ST_CONFIG #2 [m164416]
Improved the implementation of XlsForceStyle to resolve an issue with certain reports exporting directly to Excel. The affected standard reports included are:
- Action Level Exceedance Format I (67034)
- Action Level Exceedance Format III (111561)
- ALE II Crosstab - Column-Based and - Row-Based (120568)
