Fixed an issue where columns without data were still displayed when selecting the "Hide columns with no data" option in the Column Display tab of the Boring Log Plotter Options dialog in EnviroInsite. This also applies to the Subsurface Profile feature.

Added an option to display a material legend for the MATERIAL_NAME downhole interval field in EnviroInsite Subsurface Profiles. Displaying DXF hatch patterns from the DT_FILE table is supported.
