Fixed an issue in EnviroInsite where vertical margins were not respected when creating PDF output of Boring Logs and Subsurface Profiles using the PDF All option. Vertical margins specified in Boring Log and Subsurface Profile templates are now applied properly in the PDF output.

Fixed a bug in the EnviroInsite Subsurface Profiles where selecting a page size larger than the default and exporting with the PDF All option produced output where the Subsurface Profile would not fill the entire page.
