EDGE Format – Fixed Drilling Parameter Data Not Mapping to DT_SAMPLE_PARAMETER [d31318]

Fixed a bug where the presence of a column was not being checked while processing the DRILLING_PARAMETER_GEO section during the Create Package process in Enterprise EDP. This issue was only present when the enumeration MAP_DRILL_PARAMETERS was set to DT_SAMPLE_PARAMETER.
