EQuIS 7 scales to meet the needs of a wide variety of clients, from a single user to large organizations. This section addresses hardware and software requirements for EQuIS. The following provide guidelines for selecting hardware that is adequate to satisfactorily run the required software (such as the operating system and database server) for EQuIS.

The Enterprise web application requires Microsoft EDGE, Firefox, or Chrome. It also makes TCP/IP network connections to external resources described in the table below |

1 EQuIS Professional requirements include EQuIS Alive (which also requires EQuIS Professional to be Installed).
2 EQuIS Enterprise is available only as a 64-bit application.
3 EQuIS Enterprise requirements include EQuIS Live, which is an Enterprise Widget set, report library, and requires EQuIS Enterprise.
4 EQuIS Live requires an EQuIS Enterprise installation.
5 EQuIS Collect requires an EQuIS Enterprise installation.
6 EQuIS Collect mobile app support includes: Android 5.0+, Apple iOS 9.0+, Universal Windows Platform (UWP) 10.0.16299.0+.
7 Microsoft® System CLR Types for Microsoft SQL Server for GEOGRAPHY data type. This is included with the Enterprise and Professional installation packages.
8 Microsoft® Report Viewer is required. This is included in the Enterprise and Professional installation packages.
9 These are recommended minimum requirements for installation of the EarthSoft applications. High Speed Internet is recommended for product download, online documentation, and the sign and submit option in EDP. The hard disk space does not include database requirements.

Network File Sharing (required only when users upload an EDD; must be accessible from web server and application server).
