Symptoms: The following error can occur when running a report or crosstab in EQuIS Professional:
Could not load file or assembly 'EarthSoft.Report.Library.50943, Version= #####, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. |
Cause/Details: This error may be encountered when running a report or published crosstab if the noted EarthSoft.Report.Library .dll file or one of its dependencies is missing from the EQuIS installation folder, typically located at C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS or, for per-user installation, %localappdata%\Programs\EarthSoft\EQuIS\.
Resolution/Workaround: Check to confirm that report .dll is located in the EQuIS installation file. If you cannot find the report .dll on your workstation, contact EarthSoft Support.
