Field Sample Form

The Field Sample Form tab in EDGE allows the user to create a custom form for sample-related data that would otherwise be collected across a variety of EDGE data tabs. The Field Sample Form may be made visible using the “Show/Hide Tabs” item on the EDGE Menu as explained in Data Tab Chooser. Several Field Sample Forms can be configured separately to provide different and unique forms, such as one for each of the following:

•Soil

•Groundwater

•Surface water

•Air

Each of the Field Sample Forms maps to the EDGE Field Sample tab and, in turn, to the Sample Test Result workflow in EQuIS. When a data field is populated in any Field Sample Form, it is simultaneously entered into the Field Samples proxy tab.
