EnviroInsite Will Not Start

Two known conditions may cause EnviroInsite to not start.

1.Ensure Microsoft .NET 4.5 or higher is installed on the computer. Instructions that explain how to check this are available at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/318785.

2.Anti-virus software may be preventing the program from starting. For example, when using Avast anti-virus, you will need to add EnviroInsite to the set of exclusions. First add the application folder and then go to the Deep Screen tab and add the executable file. Other anti-virus programs may cause the same problem and have similar exclusion lists.
