If the “Save As” button is unavailable or not functioning when trying to save a user report in EQuIS Enterprise, it may be a result of one of the following scenarios:
1.The user may not have sufficient Enterprise permissions to save user reports. Please reach out to your EQuIS Administrator.
2.The base report DLL and any referenced assemblies may not have been published to the database. Please confirm the report DLL matching the EQuIS 7 build has been published to the database.
3.The version of the report DLL present in the Enterprise7/bin folder does not match the version of the DLL published to the database. This can result in the following:
a.When the DLL in the Enterprise7/bin folder is newer than the DLL published to the database, the report may not run in EQuIS Enterprise.
b.If the DLL published to the database is newer than the DLL version present in the Enterprise7/bin folder, the report may not run in EQuIS Enterprise.
