EQuIS Information Agents

EQuIS Information Agents (EIAs) are an essential part of the automated Enterprise workflow. EIAs can automatically email alerts and send reports or send information using a webhook based on one of the following trigger events:

•Each time new data are submitted;

•By calendar frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) or scheduled event; and

•Action level exceedances.

EIAs can be created and configured in two ways:

•Using the EZView widget. See the Configuring EIAs in the EZView widget article for detailed instructions.

•Using the EIA Wizard in the EIA widget. See the Configuring EIAs in the EIA widget article for detailed instructions.

The status of currently configured EIAs can also be monitored using the EIA widget.

EQuIS Information Agents for grid reports can also be used as a data source for analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Enterprise widget, Microsoft Power BI).
