Registers the EDD file to the ST_FILE_REGISTRATION table after committing the EDD via Professional EDP (may be format specific). By default, Professional EDP will not register the EDD. After adding the entry to ST_CONFIG, it is necessary to restart the Enterprise workflow. When configured, EDDs submitted through EQuIS Professional may cause Enterprise EIA reports to run if agents are defined for 'New Data' or 'Trigger' and the EDD meets the criteria defined for those agents.

Once this entry is added, any subsequent EDD loaded via Professional EDP will display in the EDP EDD Status Widget in EQuIS Enterprise regardless of the EDP EDD Status Widget settings. For example, if the "When checked, EDDs loaded via Professional are also included in the output." option within the Widget settings has NOT been selected, the EDDs loaded via Professional EDP will still display in the EDP EDD Status Widget because the RegisterFile entry creates a record in ST_EDD_BATCH and in ST_FILE_REGISTRATION.
