Data collected on the forms are mapped to an appropriate EDD format for insertion into the EQuIS database through EDP. The Accepted/Rejected EDDs by Facility analytical tool shows how many of the form EDDs pushed to the server were accepted through EDP for the selected facility. Rejected EDDs are displayed in red. Accepted EDDs are displayed in green. The number of EDDs in each category are displayed on the respective pie chart segment.
Click on a segment of the pie chart to display a drilldown bar chart. Click on the bar chart to return to the pie chart.
